<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new sales promotion system which easily prepares/transmits a DM having impact and familiarity such as to be sent to each and every person and makes a difference from other companies. <P>SOLUTION: When a customer 3 purchases merchandise at a store 2, a store terminal 21 stores the information in a customer database 13 and a purchase history database 14 in a database server 11 of headquarters 1 through a network. At the headquarters 1, a coordinate terminal 15 is used to generate a coordinate image by combining the image of merchandise purchased past by the customer 3 and the image of merchandise newly arrived on the basis of the information. The coordinate image is attached to a mail and transmitted to the customer 3 to thereby not only more effectively notify the customer of the new merchandise but also to obtain a DM with high originality, making the customer feel as if only the customer receives the DM. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
