<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a store efficiency evaluation program capable of automatically presenting an objective index for service efficiency for individual furniture layout plans or an allocation plan of waiters. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU 10 arranges a furniture shape shown by furniture CAD data corresponding to a designated piece of furniture on a floor shape shown by store plan view CAD data in the same scale, detects a passage corresponding to a space in which a waiter is movable within a space formed between the outer edge of the floor shape after arrangement and the furniture shape, and disposes an object showing an employee shown by specific information inputted to an input device 13 on this passage. A probable order in each table in a time zone inputted to the input device 13 is virtually generated at a predetermined probability, the motion of each waiter object for treating each generated order through the passage is simulated based on employee information, and the simulated motion of each waiter object is quantified as an evaluation numerical value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
