<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preliminarily prevent the occurrence of any mistake concerning injection to be performed by visiting a patient's living room. <P>SOLUTION: A PDA 8 is configured as a portable terminal for inputting/outputting information associated with medical actions. A server 7 is configured to transfer the information with the PDA 8. An in-hospital information managing system 2 manages the execution schedule of operations associated with medical actions to be performed to a patient.
