ELECTRIC POWER SAVING ARITHMETIC UNIT AND ITS METHOD, AND ELECTRIC POWER SAVING OPERATION PROGRAM AND ITS RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the fluctuation of total power consumption of one or more apparatuses consuming electric power.

SOLUTION: An apparatus information management part 21 detects the fluctuation of total power consumption of a power consuming apparatus group 18, and determines and outputs power consumption to be changed by any apparatus out of the power consuming apparatus group 18 to suppress the fluctuation. An electric power saving determining part 23 generates and outputs a control command to at least one apparatus out of the power consuming apparatus group 18 to change the total power consumption of the power consuming apparatus group 18 according to the power consumption to be changed, outputted by the apparatus information management part 21. An apparatus control part 25 controls at least one apparatus which is the object of the control command, according to the control command outputted by the electric power saving determining part 23.
