<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmitting/receiving system and the like providing impartial services. <P>SOLUTION: Respective terminals 12, when receiving question information added with valid time information from a server device 11, determine the lapse of validity added to the question information based on the standard time, and only when the lapse of the valid time is determined, the question information is displayed. The respective terminals 12, when receiving the reply information input in response to the display of the question information, transmit time stamps expressing receiving times added to the reply information to the server device 11.
