PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a device, and a program for noise discrimination that can accurately discriminate noise by extracting and using frequency information of a measurement signal even under a severe noise environment. SOLUTION: Time-series data consisting of a sound, an electric signal, and mechanical vibration are divided into finite-time sections (step S11), frequency analyses of time-series data of the individual divided finite-time sections are taken in a linear predicting method (step S13), and a defining means 5 newly defines a complex frequency and its predicted value from calculation quantities obtained from analysis results (step S15); and tracks of temporal variations of the complex frequency and predicted value are stereoscopically displayed to grasp features of the noise (step S17).
