PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aligning method for the bearings of motor which is simple and enables alignment of bearings with reliability. SOLUTION: Electromotive force is produced in a motor 1 with a timing of the rise of the input signal of an alternating-current pulsed signal, inputted from an oscillator 52. By making an armature 22 (shaft 23) starts to slightly reciprocate due to this electromotive force, the armature 22 produces self-excited vibration. Due to this self-excited vibration, the bearings 27 and 33 shift their angles slightly so that bearing holding portions 20a and 30a will be aligned in axes with the armature 22 (shaft 23) (The bearings are inclined so that they will be coaxial with the axis of the shaft 23.), and alignment is automatically carried out.
