PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of a portable terminal device by making it possible to use a motor for generating vibration for applications except for vibration, and to impart functions other than those of a vibrator to the motor for generating vibration provided on the portable terminal device. SOLUTION: A rotating member is constituted by a jointing portion, made by a magnet constituted detachably to a layer of the motor for generating oscillation and a shaft attached to the jointing portion. A motor device which can smoothly rotate a rotating shaft and a shaft for the motor for generating oscillation by jointing the rotating member with the layer of the motor for generating oscillation is provided. Moreover, the motor for generating oscillation of the motor device is mounted as the vibrator of the portable terminal device, and the rotating member is jointed with the motor for generating oscillation to constitute the portable terminal device, having functions other than oscillation.
