PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a vibration isolating mechanism for a mobile omnidirectional camera device which enables omnidirectional photographing without obstacles such as equipment member, which does not generate a blue or the like of video by a vibration and a swing of a mobile body and whose structure is simple. SOLUTION: A vibration isolating mechanism is provided with a support frame 3 arranged on the mobile body, a buffer mechanism 6, a support axis 7 provided through the buffer mechanism 6 and to an upper portion of which an omnidirectional camera device 8 is attached, and a counterweight 9 attached to the lower portion of the support axis 7 and which controls an attitude of the omnidirectional camera device 8 vertically. The buffer mechanism 6 has flexibility of relatively rotating the omnidirectional camera device 8 to the support frame 3 and of translating in a straight-line direction, and is attached to the support frame 3 so as to be placed at the center of gravity of a part composed of the omnidirectional camera device 8, the support axis 7, and the counterweight 9.
