PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remedy waveform degradation when high-speed signal transmission is performed without using any special expensive component, such as the integrated circuit etc., but with an inexpensive structure containing a wiring form, an amplifier, etc. SOLUTION: Signal waveforms are remedied by providing, for example, a flat U-shaped section in the wiring of transmission lines, and synthesizing components after giving a time difference and an intensity difference to each component by means of a high-frequency transmission route based on the inter-wiring capacity of the U-shaped section and a low-frequency transmission route passing through a line which becomes a roundabout route-like state.
