PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IP telephone terminal for correctly transferring an outgoing telephone number notice to a plurality of telephone sets. SOLUTION: The IP telephone terminal 1 is connected to the telephone sets 2, 3, and the telephone sets 2, 3 are to an IP telephone network or a public exchange network 8. When the outgoing telephone number notice comes together with a PSTN incoming call and received, the IP telephone terminal 1 controls the telephone sets 2, 3 and re-transmits the received outgoing telephone number to the telephone sets 2, 3.
