摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a channel capacity for radio communication between a base station and a mobile station without causing crosstalk between signals of different frequency bands. SOLUTION: The radio communication network system comprises the multiple mobile stations, each of which is provided with a radio communication device, the multiple base stations 12A, 12B and 12C each of which has multiple radio communication devices 21, 22 and 23 capable of wirelessly communicating with the radio communication devices of the mobile stations within respective communication areas 24, 25 and 26 corresponding to the different frequency bands W1, W2 and W3, multiple control stations for managing the base stations and the mobile stations separately by frequency band used for the radio communication device, a main control station for centrally controlling the control stations as a whole with respect to operation statuses of the base stations and the mobile stations. The multiple radio communication devices 21, 22 and 23 in the base stations are positioned in a such a way that each communication area 24, 25 and 26 are covered with one another by an amount corresponding to a radius of the areas, and that transmission power of the mobile station is changed in accordance with a distance to the base station.
