PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive device which can promote the space saving, and electronic equipment which is equipped with it. SOLUTION: A stator member 42 that has a stator hole 41 where a rotor 3 is arranged and a coil member 43 that has a coil 5 are welded together with each other. An operation space 1A is arranged inside a magnetic path made of a stator 4 comprising the stator member 42 and the coil member 43 and a rotor 3. Rotating an actuation member 34 by the rotation of the rotor 3 will open or intercept a through hole 103 provided within the operation space 1A. Since the rotor 3, the stator 4, and the coil 5 are arranged dispersedly along the felly of the periphery of the operation space 1A, this drive can improve the space efficiency, and promote the space saving.
