PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impedance measurement device capable of performing the measurement at a high speed. SOLUTION: In the impedance measurement device having a signal source, an automatic balanced bridge, and a vector measurement device; the vector measurement device includes a first and a second filters having the weighted impulse response by a sine function and a cosine function, in which the vector measurement of a signal inputted into the vector measurement device is performed using the first and the second filters. When the frequency of the input signal is converted at the prestage of the vector measurement device, the frequency of the input signal to a frequency conversion means is an integral multiple of the frequency of the output signal from the frequency conversion means.
