PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of detecting pulsatile flow which has a simple constitution and by which pulsatile flows can be detected highly precisely, and to provide an ultrasonic diagnosing device. SOLUTION: An image of a degree of pulsation using each pixel as the luminance corresponding to the degree of pulsation is generated by photographing a B-mode image by injecting a contrast medium into the bloodstream of a patient and finding the degree of pulsation of each pixel based the pixel value of each pixel of the B-mode image at different tenses and the image is displayed. Since the B-mode image is photographed by injecting the contract medium into the bloodstream, the signal-to-noise ratio becomes higher with respect to the detection of the pulsatile flow and, accordingly, the detection precision of the pulsatile flow becomes higher. In addition, the constitution becomes simple because no speed calculating means, no dispersion calculating means, or no power calculating means are required. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
