PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data collection system for maintenance capable of automatically acquiring a control programs different depending on the type of air conditioner to be a data collection object. SOLUTION: This data collection system for maintenance is provided with a maintenance data collection device 1 having a maintenance data information monitoring means 11 for collecting maintenance data information held by an air conditioner 2, a maintenance data information holding means 12 for holding the collected maintenance data information, and a maintenance data monitoring means 13 for collecting maintenance data related to actual data based on the held maintenance data information, and the air conditioner 2 having a maintenance data information response means 21 for letting the held maintenance data information respond to the maintenance data collection device 1 in accordance with collection command from the maintenance data information monitoring means 11 and a maintenance data response means 22 for letting the held maintenance data respond in accordance with collection command from the maintenance data monitoring means 13.
