NEW COMPOUND, IMMOBILIZED PRODUCT THEREOF, AND METHOD FOR SCREENING PROTEIN BY USING THE IMMOBILIZED PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new compound having paregoric analgesic activities; to provide an immobilized product of the compound; and to provide a method for screening a protein bondable to the immobilized product by using the immobilized product. SOLUTION: The new compound is a compound represented by formula (I) such as 3-ä2-(3-carboxypropionyl)aminoethoxy}-17-(cyclopropylmethyl)-6,7-dehydro-4,5α-epoxy-14-hydroxy-6,7-2',3'-indolomorphinane, or a pharmacologically acceptable acid-addition salt thereof. The immobilized product is obtained by bonding the compound with a resin particle.
