PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board-like structure which is easily folded and unfolded, has a large and flat plane formed on its inner surface, hardly causes a large gap between the adjacent edges of its core material parts, enables a covering sheet material to be easily, stably and surely stuck to the structure, has good appearance and simple constitution, and is suitable for mass production, inexpensive, easy to handle, excellent in durability and used for multiple purposes. SOLUTION: The board-like structure comprises: a board main body A consisting of a plurality of core material parts A1; and a covering sheet material B. At each of the core material parts A1, a tilting face 1 tilting so as to gradually reduce the thickness of the core material part A1 toward the adjacent edge side is formed at both of the side parts of the adjacent edge on an outer surface. The covering sheet material B is provided with an outer surface covering part 5. where a tilting surface covering part 6 is formed which is in close contact with each of the tilting surfaces 1 of mutually adjacent core material parts A1 and is straddled on each of the tilting surfaces 1 to be adhered thereto.
