<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily make a delivery slip correspond to an invoice. <P>SOLUTION: Gift recipient data, gift giver data, message data, attached photograph data and the like prepared at an orderer main terminal are sent to a management computer at a sales center. Next, a delivery slip 40 is prepared by printing on a paper P1 through a printer connected with the management computer based on the data. The delivery slip 40 has a message card 61, a gift recipient copy part 62 and a delivery confirmation slip 63. On the message card 61, a message sentence 65a and a photograph 65b are printed. On the other hand, on the gift recipient copy part 62 and the delivery confirmation slip 63, an address sentence 66a and the like are printed. A deliverer catches information for delivering a gift to the gift recipient by perusing the gift recipient copy part 62, the delivery confirmation slip 63 and the like.
