<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible hinge having bendable rigidity, wherein a connecting part with the other member is not easily cracked and ruptured, and a cable cover using it. <P>SOLUTION: In this cable cover 1, a body part 10 and a lid part 30 are connected by a flexible hinge part 40. An installation region R having positions each advanced by a prescribed distance L from the end part 40a connected to the lid part 30 of the hinge part 40 and the end part 40b connected to the body part 10 toward its center part respectively as outer end parts Pa, Pb is formed, and a slit part 41 is provided so as to be stored in the installation region R.Since the slit part 41 is not formed in the both end parts 40a, 40b of the hinge part 40, even if the hinge part 40 is repeatedly bent, it is not bent at the both end parts 40a, 40b of the hinge part 40 and stress is not concentrated on those parts.
