PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer the exact uneven shape of a mold surface to the surface of a film layer 3 and to reduce costs. SOLUTION: With the use of a foaming mold 2 in which a fine embossed pattern 20 is formed on a mold surface, a resin liquid is applied on the mold surface and cured to form the film layer 3. A foaming resin is injected into the foaming mold 2 with the film layer 3 formed to form a sound absorbing layer 4. A sound absorbing member in which the film layer 3 is integrally laminated on the surface of the sound absorbing layer 4 is demolded. Since the resin liquid is liquid, the film layer 3 having an embossed surface 30 to which the embossed pattern 20 is transferred exactly is formed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
