PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a map for allowing a user not to feel dazzling and allowing shade to be hardly generated especially when a subject is the user who wants to shave or make up, etc., through the use of a mirror with a lighting apparatus which irradiates the subject with light, so as to obtain the map. SOLUTION: The user is irradiated from different directions, so as to obtain the map for allowing the shade to be hardly generated. An upper light 81a not to easily come in sight is instantly turned on/off, and left and right lights 81b to easily come in sight are gradually tuned on/off. Thus, it is prevented that the user has an unpleasant feeling with dazzle since a circumferential part rapidly becomes bright and that the circumferential part rapidly becomes dark from the bright state, so that burden on the eyes of the user is relieved.
