PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method whereby high-quality reclaimed aggregate is produced while the amount of a fine powder generated is decreased. SOLUTION: The reclaimed aggregate is produced by (A) crushing concrete pieces with a dry mill, sifting the resultant debris to separate and recover reclaimed aggregate, (B) further crushing the remaining debris with a cage-type mill, and sifting reclaimed aggregate and a fine powder from the debris to separate and recover them. The dry mill is preferably a screw-type mill for crushing concrete pieces while transferring them with a rotary screw. Preferably, the cage-type mill has a plurality of rotor discs having ceramic-made stroke pins double-circularly arranged therein and being supported in a casing; the rotor discs are rotated in the reverse direction, and grinding is done by the ceramic-made stroke pins rotating in the reverse direction.
