PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for realizing acquiring of image information of printing form by a simple method and thereby realizing printing in high productivity and to provide its apparatus. SOLUTION: An action is affected to the printing form during a production instead of clearing the image formation over the entire area. Thus, a processing agent can act on the printing form in a different area with respect to an image. The processing agent preferably acts over the entire area of the printing form. In this case, an ink layer disposed on the printing form guides the intensity of a locally different action. It deals with the image formation on the printing form.
