PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce load on investment to equipment and fixed cost by manufacturing film rolls and image receiving paper rolls of necessary amounts without waste at necessary times. SOLUTION: In this small rolling apparatus, a film small rolling mechanism 3 for manufacturing the small rolls of ink film 21 and an image receiving paper small rolling mechanism 4 for manufacturing the small rolls of image receiving paper 37 used in combination with the ink films 21 are installed on a support structure 2 for assembling one unit of machine. In this small rolling apparatus, both small rolling mechanisms 3 and 4 are operated concurrently so that the manufacture of the small rolls of ink film 21 and the manufacture of the small rolls of image receiving paper can be repeatedly performed at intervals equal to each other.
