PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stably produced small antenna by which frequency deviation in measuring a frequency is prevented, and breakage and faulty disconnection are reduced. SOLUTION: Conductors 2 are formed over at least two adjacent flat surfaces 8, 9 of a rectangular substrate 1 composed of dielectric ceramics. A feed terminal for voltage application is connected to one end of the conductor. A step 12 composed of a declined section 6 and a flat section 5 having a length of 0.08 mm or shorter is formed on the corner of the two flat surfaces 8, 9 formed the conductor 2. At least a boundary 7 at the flat section 5 and the flat surface 9 is of a curved shape having a radius of curvature R of 0.03-0.2 mm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
