PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary drum unit for a game machine, with which the diameter of a drum is enlarged by reducing an occupation space. SOLUTION: The base frame 121 of an inner frame 12 is fixed to an inner side on the front surface of the left half part 10b of a frame 10. The inner frame 12 holds the drum, and is enclosed by the peripheral surface wall of the drum. The base frame 12 is formed in a box shape with an open front, so as to store a motor board in a right end part and to store a relay board 40 at the inner side of the front surface. Thus, an electric circuit board conventionally attached to the outer part of the frame is stored in the frame, and the occupation space of the rotary drum unit for the game machine is reduced, so that the diameter of the drum is enlarged.
