PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and easily transfer information between a preceding vehicle and a following vehicle. SOLUTION: This system comprises a transinformation forming means mounted in a preceding vehicle for forming transinformation to be sent to a following vehicle; a transmission information forming means for adding characteristic identification information to the transinformation formed by the transinformation forming means to form transmission information; a wireless communication means for wirelessly transmitting the transmission information output from the transmission information forming means; an information intermediation means capable of wirelessly communicating with the wireless communication means disposed on the road and of storing the transmission information; another wireless communication means mounted in the following vehicle and capable of wireless communication with the information intermediation means; and a transinformation acquisition means for requesting the information intermediation means to acquire the transinformation via the wireless communication means to acquire the specific transinformation.
