PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for extracting position data in an easily usable form by simply registering a user's "favorite position". SOLUTION: A device for extracting position data 30 reads information included in image data by using a bar code analysis part 42a, a QR code analysis part 42b and an OCR part 42c, etc. and extracts data for specifying a position, when receiving the image data. The device 30 acquires positional data from the data for specifying the position with reference to a position DB 48 to output it.
