PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular sliding door structure for allowing easy get-in/-out of occupants or loading/unloading of luggage via an opening portion of a rear door by enlarging the opening portion of the rear door to the rear side of a vehicle while eliminating the possibility of breaking the rear door due to abutment of the rear door in the opened condition on obstacles existing on the rear side of the vehicle without the need for a space on the rear side of the vehicle when parked. SOLUTION: The vehicular sliding door structure comprises: a front door 6 journaled via a hinge to a vehicle body 1 at the front side of an opening portion of a front door for closeably covering the opening portion of the front door; a rear door 10 for closeably covering the opening portion 5 of the rear door; and rear door supporting means 14, 15, 16 for slidably supporting the rear door 10 on the vehicle body 1 in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and for supporting the rear door 10 to be located outside the opening portion of the front door in the cross direction of the vehicle, while closing the opening portion 5 of the rear door 10 when closed and sliding it to the front side when opened.
