PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and light shot blast device. SOLUTION: The shot blast device 10 comprises a guide drum 12 and a pipe body 16 disposed in the guide drum 12 and rotated by a motor 14. The pipe body 16 has a plurality of discharge pipes 20 extending radially from the center, and polishing material 26 is supplied from a hopper 28 to the end on the center side of the discharge pipes 20. Each discharge pipe 20 is bent forward in the rotation direction at a part on the outer peripheral side, and curvature at the end on the outer peripheral side is substantially the same as that of the inner peripheral surface of the guide drum 12. The side of the guide drum 12 is provided with an injection port 34 extending in the tangential direction of the inner peripheral surface, and the polishing material 26 discharged from the discharge pipes 20 by centrifugal force rolls along the guide drum 12 and is discharged from the injection port 34.
