PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the ingress of molten metal into a sand core 13 while ensuring ventilation between a preformed body 1 and the sand core 13 when performing composition of the preformed body 1 and molten metal while discharging air inside the preformed body 1 for composition held by the sand core 13 into the sand core 13. SOLUTION: On the sand mold contact surface (an inner circumferential surface) in contact with the sand core 13 in the preformed body 1, there is formed an air permeable molten metal ingress preventive layer 1a to prevent the ingress of molten metal impregnated inside the preformed body 1 during the composition from a sand mold contact surface into the sand mold 13.
