PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that recovery working of solid components and washing work of a vessel are complicated heretofore because of a baffle-plate fixed to a vessel inwall in a centrifuge equipped with the baffle-plate in the vessel which is rotating-driven. SOLUTION: In the centrifuge, while the cylindrical vessel 4 is rotating-driven around an axis line, liquid to be processed supplied to one end side of the vessel 4 is subjected to separation treatment by centrifugal force and clarified liquid is discharged from another end side of the vessel 4. Further in the centrifuge, the baffle-plate 25 for adjusting flow direction of the liquid to be processed is disposed at the vessel 4 with freely attaching/detaching to enable recovery working of the solid components and washing work of the vessel to be easily performed by detaching the baffle-plate 25 from the vessel 4.
