PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fertilizing device for a rice transplanter, carrying out a reciprocal turning operation of an operation arm 63 for rotatably driving a fertilizer-delivering roll by an interlocked lever 74 reciprocally driven by a freely driven crank body, and capable of regulating a delivered amount by changing an action position of the interlocked lever of the operation arm 63 in good accuracy and good efficiency. SOLUTION: The interlocked lever 74 is interlocked with the operation arm 63 through an interlocked lever-side linking member 81 and an operation lever-side linking member 91. A finely adjusting structure 80 for connecting the interlocked lever-side linking member 81 to the operation member-side linking member 91 so that the position may be freely changed in the longitudinal direction of the operation member 63 at a small regulating pitch by a screw pitch of a regulating screw shaft 82 is installed. A coarse regulating structure 90 for connecting the operation member-side linking member 91 to the operation member 63 so that the position may be freely changed at a large regulating pitch by an array pitch of a positioning depressed part 95 in the longitudinal direction of the operation member 63 is also installed.
