<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage manufacturing device capable of preparing fine whipped cream which foams well, uniformizing a period of time required for preparing foam suitable for whipped cream or whipped cocoa beverage or the like, and maintaining a sanitary status by quickly drying hot and cold water remaining in a bowl itself or a stirring fan after preparing beverage. <P>SOLUTION: This beverage manufacturing device is provided with a control part 100 for preparing beverage which does not include any air bubble by stirring powder materials and hot water without outputting any signal to an air bump 13, and for preparing whipped beverage which foams well by outputting a signal to the air pump 13 in a short time, and for preparing whipped cream to be topped on the liquid surface of coffee beverage such as cappuccino by outputting a signal to the air pump 13 for a long period of time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
