PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the efficient travelling by preventing the generation of unnecessary shift-down or a delay of shift-up with the structure that a driver finds out a point when a gear change map is switched with the operation of an accelerator pedal by the driver. SOLUTION: A damper 26 gives a change point of the operating force on the way of an operation stroke of the accelerator pedal 8, and starting of shift-up or shift-down by a gear change map, which is provided with a change point of the engine speed on the boundary at the operation quantity of the accelerator corresponding to the change point of the operating force of the accelerator pedal 8, is controlled by operation of the accelerator pedal 8, exceeding the change point of the operating force. The driver can find out the point of switching the change gear map with the operation of the accelerator pedal 8, and the generation of unnecessary shift-down or a delay of shift-up is prevented to enable the efficient travelling.
