PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker in which probability that an infrared ray signal sent out from a sending part of the heating cooker reaches a receiving part of a ventilator is enhanced, and an interlocking operation of the ventilator is surely possible. SOLUTION: In the heating cooker provided with a liquid crystal display element 8 to display a heating state or the like and the sending part 10 to emit the infrared ray signal by which the ventilator 11 installed above the heating cooker to be interlocked with heating start or heating stop is actuation started or actuation stopped, the sending part 10 is arranged below the liquid crystal display element 8, so that the infrared ray signal may reach the ventilator 11 by penetrating through the liquid crystal display element 8.
