PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device in which great advertisement effect is provided for observers located in the distance to nearby. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a display 1 in which display images having constituting elements of different sizes are displayed, an infrared ray sensor group 3 which detects object information including distance information between an object body, that exists in the front of the display 1, and the display 1 and a frame memory controller 5 in which a display image being displayed in a region of the display screen, that is obstructed by the object body is avoided from the region and moved and displayed in other region according to the object informayion detected by the infrared ray sensor group 3.
