PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing impregnated composite confectionery at a low cost. SOLUTION: This method for producing the composite confectionery containing puffed confectionery and an impregnating food material comprises a process of obtaining hollow puffed confectionery by directly puffing a puffed confectionery raw material mixture from an extruder, a process of directly puffing the puffed confectionery raw material mixture, and at the same time, pouring the impregnating food material into the hollow part of the hollow puffed confectionery, and a process of pulling the hollow puffed confectionery at a speed 1.2-5 times faster than the extrusion speed of the puffed confectionery raw material mixture so as to impregnate the impregnating food material at least into the inner surface of the hollow puffed confectionery.
