PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice making machine capable of making a configuration in which a lump of ice is peeled from an ice making tray rational and simplified and to provide its use device. SOLUTION: This ice making machine 100 is constituted in such a way that liquid in a recessed hole 21a in the ice making tray 21 is frozen and the ice making tray 21 is inverted after making a lump 31 of ice to peel the lump 31 of ice. Impact in the direction of shaft axis is given to the ice making tray 21 by driving force of a driving mechanism 22 for inversion to facilitate peeling-off of the lump 31 of ice. A cam mechanism 27 having a single cam face 27a having a saw tooth shape between a driving shaft 22X and a driving head 22A is provided as a mechanism for giving impact. When an inclined face 27a1 having a saw tooth shape on a drive side 27A and an inclined face 27a2 having a saw tooth shape on a driven side 27B slide and leave from each other by height h1 of the saw tooth shape, a top part 27b1/27b2 having a saw tooth shape is removed and returns to an original condition, thereby causing impact. By retaining one end 21E of the ice making tray 21 and rotating the other end 21B, peeling-off of the lump of ice is further facilitated by peeling-off and impact for causing twist in the ice making tray.
