PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing complex intercom device which can be easily constructed without drawing a trunk line to a place where a room master unit is installed. SOLUTION: Wiring between an entrance slave unit and the room master unit is made into two lines by connecting an aggregate entrance unit 101 with a camera to be installed at an aggregate entrance of a housing complex and a management office master unit 102 to be installed in a management office, with an entrance slave unit 104 with a camera to be installed at entrances of each room and the room master unit 105 with a monitor to be installed in each room via a controller 103 by way of the trunk line L1 and providing the entrance slave unit with an aggregate interface 106 which is connected with the trunk line and for performing communication with the controller and an identification number setting device 124 which sets an identification number such as a room number of the room master unit. In addition, a video function is also removed by replacing the aggregate entrance unit with the camera with an aggregate entrance unit, replacing the entrance slave unit with the camera with the entrance slave unit and replacing the room master unit with the monitor with the room master unit.
