PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the pulse width and frequency of a control pulse without providing a reactor and thereby, preferably stabilize output voltage. SOLUTION: A DC-DC converter includes: an AD converter 43 which converts voltages generated on capacitors 36 and 38 to digital values; a target value register 46 which stores the target value of voltage outputted from another pair of connecting terminals 22, 22; comparator means 45 which compares the digital values outputted from an AD converter 44 with the target value; a DA converter 48 connected to the gates of transistors 24, 25, 26, and 27; a control pulse generating means 50 which causes the DA converter 48 to output control pulses for switching the transistors 24, 25, 26, and 27 between on state and off state; and an output control means 51 which permits or inhibits the output of control pulses from the DA conveter 48 based on the result of comparison at the comparing means 45, and thereby controls so that the output voltages of the capacitors 36 and 38 converge on the target value.
