PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive precast reinforced concrete beam having workability when joining the pole and the beam, and to provide a joint structure of the precast reinforced concrete beam and a pole and a method for joining the precast reinforced concrete beam and the pole. SOLUTION: The beam 1 allows precast concrete 6 to form the top face, is formed to a height for exposing the upper parts of an upper bar 2 and a stirrup 5, and installs a rise part 7 higher than a height position of the upper bar 2 at a position having a prescribed separated distance from the end of the precast concrete 6 on the top face. The rise part 7 is provided with a hole 7a penetrating in a horizontal direction, and the upper bar 2 penetrates the hole 7a. In addition, the beam 1 differs member length in the upper bar 2 and a lower bar 3. The lower bar 3 is molded into a length projected from the precast concrete 6, and the end of the upper bar 2 is formed into a length positioned between the end of the precast concrete 6 and the rise part 7.
