PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine cover of high design property and high vibration-damping property. SOLUTION: The engine cover 1 is provided with a cover main body 2 covering surface of an engine side member and through holes 30, 31 provided on the cover main body 2 and having a projection member projectingly provided on the engine side member pass through and fixed on the same. Only one pair of the through holes 30, 31 is arranged. The engine cover 1 includes a plurality of abutting seats 40, 41, 42, 43 existing inside of an outer edge of the cover main body 2 on a back side surface of the cover main body 2 and abutting on the engine side member in both sides of a straight line L1 connecting the through holes 30, 31 and damping vibration of the cover main body 2.
