PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet cutter easy to handle during the cutting of a tablet, storage or the like and inexpensive in replacement cost. SOLUTION: The tablet cutter consists of a base 2 and a movable body 4 swingably pivoted to it and including a blade 3 for cutting the tablet in conjunction with the relatively approaching swing, is structured in a size holdable in a single hand when cutting the tablet. The base 2 is equipped with a positioning body 5 for receiving the tablet with a position where the tablet is cut and a position where the edge of the blade 3 passes aligned. In addition, a holding case 7 including an aperture which the tablet enters, and replaceably receiving and keeping the blade 3 with its edge exposed in the aperture is detachably provided on the movable body 4.
