PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practically useful assembling method which easily extracts parts, efficiently mounts them to a work, and further suppresses enlargement of an assembly line. SOLUTION: The work W is placed at a constant pitch and is conveyed at a creeping speed in front of an assembling worker string. A part tray 1 where one set of part groups to be mounted to the work W are stored at a predetermined position is conveyed at the same pitch as a work conveying pitch, in parallel to the work, at an above position of the work, and at the same speed as a work conveying speed.
