PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric food processor that allows for compact storage. SOLUTION: The electric food processor is composed of a main body 2 that contains an electric motor 4, a cylindrical container 1 that is detachably fitted and placed on the main body 2, and a cutter 7 that is installed inside the container 1 through a cutter table 3. The cutter 7 engaged with the electric motor 4 through a coupling 6 is rotated by activating the electric motor 4 inside the main body 2 to cut the materials contained inside the container 1. An ancillary mill section 11 is fitted and placed in place of the container 1 above the main body 2 to enable cutting of a small amount of materials by rotating a mill cutter 10 inside a mill container 8 of the ancillary mill section 11. Also at the time of storing away after being used the ancillary mill section 11 can be covered while the container 1 is positioned top down with the ancillary mill section 11 still attached onto the main body 2 and the top part of the main body 2 can be covered.
