PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a planting border area corresponding to the width of a border space and greened with plants. SOLUTION: The border structure of a greening area is placed in a border space around a planting unit area formed by laying planting units on a laying surface. The border structure is composed of a 1st side wall having long length, a 2nd side wall having short length and placed adjacent to the 1st side wall, a 1st member having a nearly h-shaped cross-section and holding a bridging plate extended between the top of the 2nd side wall and a prescribed height position of the 1st side wall, and a 2nd member having a nearly a laid T-shaped cross-section having a protrusion plate protruding sideways from the long side wall. The protrusion plate of the 2nd member is placed above the bridging plate of the 1st member to enable the adjustment of the width. A plant-growing material is filled in the border structure.
