<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for a life insurance contract with condition subsequent, capable of realizing the life insurance contract with the condition subsequent, which is the life insurance contract under which both of a customer and an insurance company can cancel the contract within a fixed period and the liability of an insurance benefit starts from an application date. <P>SOLUTION: A web server 1 stores information to a temporary contract database 11 as information processing for starting the life insurance contract by using the information transmitted from the applicant terminal 2 of an applicant applying for the life insurance and transfers the information from the temporary contract database 11 to a cancellation contract database 13 as the information processing for canceling the started life insurance contract when the cancellation cause of the started life insurance contract is generated.
