PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a prepreg excellent in impregnation property without using an organic solvent, and a method for producing a laminated plate by using the prepreg. SOLUTION: This method for producing the prepreg by spraying a thermosetting resin composition containing a solid powder particle state thermosetting resin by a spraying device together with a spraying medium for loading the composition on a sheet-shaped fibrous substrate is characterized by using water as the spraying medium. The method for producing the laminated plate is characterized by overlapping 1 or≥2 pieces of the prepregs, or further overlapping a metal foil on one or both surfaces thereof, and forming by heating/compressing them.
